COACHING
As an ICF
certified coach, I accompany managers and executives to help them in a career
phase where they feel the need for a confidential exchange, to be supported in
the search for new approaches or new perspectives, or to ease a situation.
I also work
for teams with the objective of improving their efficiency, their well-being
and, ultimately, their performance.
My approach is

My experience,
acquired for more than 30 years, in management positions of all levels,
combined with my training as a coach, allows me to :
- To listen carefully and to distinguish the weak
signals of the subjects to work on in agreement with my client and the
participant(s)
- To bring the added value of "experience",
without turning coaching into a consulting service
- Raise questions that can help solve a problem.
The first 100 days in a
new position
Based on a
decade of research and documentation, and more than a hundred interviews with
managers (from young managers to CAC40 leaders), I have developed an original
approach to accelerate the process of taking over a position and increase the
chances of success.
This approach
is broken down into 5 phases:

During this
program, I combine a coaching service with methodological input from my
research.
